How to stand on the top of the statue of liberty in GTA 4

1. Get a helicopter ( use an annihilator would be more difficult)
2. Fly to the staue of liberty on happiness island
3. Steady your helicopter, switch to cinematic camera for better view ( by pressing Caps Lock)
4. Finally, get out of your heli when you ready. And with a little luck, you are now standing on the top ( a coffe cup ) of the statue of the liberty :)
