Yah. It is derivative of the Dukes (XTC). At least it's not derivative of the Cars, or Justin Beiber! I love this video, it's really fun to watch. It's a pretty decent song too. Let's face it, it's all been done at this point. At least psonic sunspot is so obscure that the only two people who recognize it's material have commented here. A friend told me to check this out and I'm glad I did. I was a huge sub-pop fan in the days of Big Chief, Sebadoh, and Liz Phair (5 style), it's been a while.
