One of the stages in canning (pickling) jalapeño peppers. The boiling solution is one part white vinegar and one part water. The jars were thoroughly disinfected prior to this step. Once put into jars, these jalapeños will have a shelf life of up to one year.
If you're looking for informative, step-by-step processes to learn the canning process by, you might want to rethink YouTube as a reliable source of information.
this video sucks indeed. no guidance, no essence, no summary - purely exhibitionist shot. -1.

@solostas, yeah, it totally sucks! Who's running the show around here? I mean, like for real, I didn't learn anything off the internet with this video, the internet is supposed to be the oracle of the modern age. Now how am I going to can fruits and veggies?

@gvance04 what are you expecting, Martha Stewart? It's 44 seconds of me pouring...oh wait, I already said that.

@kims and topcoo: Yes, I am sorry, this isn't a tutorial on my to do your own pickling process. It's 44 seconds of me pouring a boiling canning mixture into jars with homegrown jalapeños. I would recommend something more reputable than You Yube for that information.
