Evan Emory , is this a joke?

no this isnt a joke. its way to real. this is my take on this surrealistic case. it seems like a bad nightmare for this kid that you dont wake from. what started out being harmless in his mind has now snowballed into a huge shit storm. i my self got in trouble for a prank (stealing a 25 ft tall inflatable jeep from coopersville motors...) and the system wanted to set an example of me in muskegon county charging me with recieving and concealing stolen property , and sentencing me to 7 months in jail.while there i watched real sex offenders get set free due to over crowding. it seems what ever will be good for the headlines that day is what they make a huge deal about. the system preys on young adults and people below the middle class, once your in, you pay the bills of this corrupt system the perpetuate more money making. cops dont get paid to find your stolen stuff, they get paid to make the courts money by pulling you over.


the video got cut off, i was going to edit this, but my new camera shoots in mpg.4 and not avi so i cant edit it. so i cut it like this, cause it went on to say the parents kids might make similar mistakes, and they should be a little more forgiving. so yeah. sorry for cutting it off. RATE /COMMENT PLZ!!! i really want to hear everyones input. cause after venting to the interwebz i still dont feel relieved. i guess i have to wait 6 months for the trial to be over. bah.

there seems to be a recurring arguement that seeing children in a video will be ammunition for child molestors but if this were the case would seeing a child on say sesame street not be similarly entertaining or what have you for this type of person are we to ban all public airing of children on tv or video to prevent this and then send these people out on the streets to look at children it seems a nonsensical arguement

@morph995 Yes, news stations film kids; however, they do so with the permission of parents and teachers. Another important aspect that I think you are overlooking is the news doesn't then make the kids they film the butt of a sexually explicit joke. If this were simply kids being filmed there wouldn't be a problem, but again, i think you've failed to see the larger picture.

I wanted to help with a donation drive for Evan. Maybe do something simple like have people donate to a Paypal account set up for him. Just an idea. There would need to be a way to verify it though... like a short Youtube video of him in jail holding a card with the email on it and repeating it verbally. Then we could send it to everyone we know through email/Facebook/etc. I've contacted his family. We'll see.
