Flying Shark - ZX Spectrum Walkthrough

This was joint 28th on WOS's top 100 games (level with The Great Escape) so I thought I should give it a go. It's one of the better shooters I've played on the speccy but the monochrome graphics do make it hard to see what is going on sometimes.

This is at 1.2x speed and the game loops back to level 2 after level 4.

R-TYPE R-TYPE R-TYPE, the speccy just has the fastest most playable version which also has perhaps the best graphics on the system.

@Otouto72 I agree - Flying Shark & Terra Cresta are the best shooters for ZX. I can add also Lightforce. R-Type has very good graphics but it is annoying when you die, you must play the level from the beginning.

rtype was good on the spectrum too imo, it really pushed the machine graphically & color wise, and it was hard as fuck too.

but I've always had a soft spot for this version, back then I had to save a few months before I could buy it ;)

True about the graphics but was a lot worse is some of the others shooters. This for me is the best shooter for the Speccy along with Terra Cresta.
