Bokator: The Great Angkorian Martial Art

Bokator/Boxkator, or more formally, Labokator (to fight (like a) lion) (ល្បុក្កតោ) is a Khmer martial art that may be a predecessor of southeast Asian kickboxing styles. History indicates that Bokator or an early form thereof was the close quarter combat system used by the ancient armies of Angkor.

@ApollosInsight muaythai,lethwei,bocator,muay laos...what is the fist..who is the creator,no one can give confirmation about this.we Thais people believe the arts teached by Buraphajarn(Eastern Guru),so no one can claim the arts is their origin same as malaysian silat that share a same history with pencak silat from Indonesia.
