my expectation here was i would be seeing 'big Mike' pounding a bear doggystyle, or at the very least perhaps a hairy guy who carried the moniker 'the bear', very disappointing

@2011hwalker k, let me do 100lbs below my weight, and it will be equivalent to this guy.

@BeepimajeepBeep PLease, please repeat the workout and show us how its done, you prick.

who the fuck is big mike ?

good job! I guess the (front and back) squats could be deeper, but that depends on your goal, so all in all, good job I guess :D

what the music?

@redoak91 Good Idea thanks!

I stand corrected my trainers would not allow it, so I assumed that it was a rule. It was a lot easier catching the clean in a squat.

@ChrisFit87 What world do you life in dude? I'm afraid you don't know what you are talking about ;)
I don't know how much weight I was using... this was my third out of five sets and I finished the last set with 165 lbs! Hope that eases your concerns!

@redoak91
Do you track your progress with this complex by weight or time? Meaning, I can do this for five sets with 185# without dropping weight- but it takes me forever due to recovery btwn sets. So do you go from a MetCon standpoint and try to buzzsaw through it with as little rest as possible, even if it means going down in weight from set to set-or stick to working for the #s?

@wisdometernal I would definately say as heavy as possible for 5 sets and use your recovery time as needed! You can get your MetCons in with many other workouts using Lighter loads and Higher reps... If you wanted to do a MetCon using this compex I would say 95 to 135 lbs 25 reps for time would be a great one.
