At 57 years of age, I have finally eliminated my back pain. I have suffered with this terrible pain for about 8 years. Now it's gone.

This video will give you some background. The 9 additional videos in this series will give you the details you need to make this work for you. This is about some simple exercises to build you abdominal, lower back and upper leg muscles.

This exercise program has been miraculous for me. Don't even consider surgery unless after consistently doing these exercises you still have your pain.

  • Nice back porch view!

  • Awesome help there guy, well i guess 1 thing we all have in common is that horrible pain. The only other pain i had that came close to the herniated disk in my back was when i fractured both of my ankles my right ankle needed surgeory because the skin was broken and it exposed the ligaments which a couple were torn right off the bone, and yet that didn't hurt as much as my back 12 years of grief physically and mentaling it was very drainning.

  • @dhide14 dr dont understand too they r so so so dum

  • @chisaoboy also mine doctor said this! Big help

  • thank you so much !

  • @chisaoboy haha yeah big money in those pain killers these days and then become addicted. alot of fun

  • @dhide14 He doesn't need to be a professional to share things that worked for him. But yes, you are right... seeing the doctor is good to confirm issues. For example, my doctor said, "You can't do anything but take pain killers." Big help.

  • Thank you kind sir!

  • see a DR. people...this guy is not a professional

  • I suffered the same problem just as I turned 29! I have to mention that I was athletic type of person, jogged and done aerobics for quite a while... but obviously I haven't put enough attention to the crucial muscles that would protect my spine! Everyone should know that being fit is not about simply having 6-packs and biceps to show off :) Btw, thanx for these videos!
