Cool thanks! the idea was to only use the SSD for programs that are used often and need the speed, and my Sata or the other hard drives for programs that just need the space to live in.

because a monitor is not to your average person a tv,tele, box.
this is because a tv has been in the home for a long time, and a monitor only shows them what is on the computer screen, get my drift....
-
Then why don't people call their "monitor" a TV ? When people say, PC's are crap, they always refer to a Wintel machine. Although, the PC vs Mac has shown it's now PC vs PC

its just the price of progress,or is it??
language is always changing mate, for better or for worse, things are always called what they are not,for instance,i may say lets do a search on the internet, others will say, let's Google it..

Many things are being incorrectly called "sticks" memory "stick" USB "stick" insetad of dongle or module

awesome.
Right now I have a full install of Puppy v4.30 on 13gb harddrive partition....My question is what all is different on v4.31? And I was thinking about waiting to install both Puppy and XP pro sp3 together on an SSD card.

4.3.1 has a few bug fixes and works a bit smoother, you should have no problems installing both on a ssd

Just installed a puppy linux system on my old sony vaio.
Works great! Not sure what all I can do with it from this point but it's the first time I've been able to run that computer since I purchased it without an OS on it.
I would like to be able to get online with it, but haven't been able to yet.
Will it run windows programs?
