QUES.—How prove you that the church has power to command feasts and holy days?
ANS. —By the very act of changing the Sabbath into Sunday, which Protestants allow of; and therefore they fondly contradict themselves, by keeping Sunday strictly, and breaking most other feasts commanded by the same church.
QUES.—How prove you that?
ANS—Because by keeping SUNDAY they ACKNOWLEDGE the CHURCHS POWER to ordain feasts, and to command them under sin. Douay Catechism, p. 59;

According to this, it looks as though, everything has already been set up for her feasts or holy days to be enforced along with the enforcement of Sunday keeping. This should certainly open the eyes of Gods people to see that the message, Come out of her My people, in Revelation 18:4, surprisingly also applies to you and me as well as Sunday Christians.
Even though Satan has tried to abolish Gods prophetic types, by usurping them with his pagan days, It has been prophesied that every divine institution will be restored.
• In the time of the end every divine institution is to be restored. The breach made in the law at the time the Sabbath was changed by man, is to be repaired. PK 678.
Note that the breach caused by the seventh-day Sabbath being usurped by Sunday legislation was repaired before the writing of this statement. God will accept only a remnant to stand for Him, if that is all there is. If we are waiting for the world, before we consider the breach repaired, we will wait forever because the whole world will never repair this breach. This statement does not limit the weekly Sabbath issue to be the only cause of the breach. It implies that there is more to be repaired, as do the prophets when using plural nouns such as: Amos in 9:11 the word breaches; and Isaiah in 58:12 using building up old waste places, and restorers of paths. Since we know, (at the time the previous quote was written), the Sabbath breach had been repaired the natural question should be, What else was usurped, when the Sabbath was being replaced by Sunday worship? Bishop T. Enright has already told us in a previous quote but what do historical records expose?
• The first Sunday law was decreed by Constantine in 321 A. D. SDA BC Encyclopedia, p. 1436.
• Easter was decreed in the Council of Nice 325 A. D. (See SDA BC Encyclopedia, p. 405; The New Catholic Encyclopedia, pp. 1062-1063; Medieval and Modern History, p. 42 by Meyers.)
• Christmas decreed December 25 in 330 A. D. (See Handbook of Christian Feasts and Customs by Francis X. Weiser, as quoted in the SDA 9 BC p. 241. Also see: SDA BC Encyclopedia, p. 284.)
My first question was, even though these holidays were made law at the time the Sabbath was usurped by a Sunday law, how do we know they are the ones that made breaches in Gods law? My heart sank when I found that these two holidays honor the very pagan deities that God called an abomination, throughout the Old Testament. Molech and Ashtaroth are just two of the many names given this pagan deity. In Jeremiah 7:18 Israels participation in the rituals for the queen of heaven, (defined: Astarte or Ashtaroth) God said provoked Him to anger. Because of their continuance of this practice He eventually closed probation on the Israelites sending them into captivity. (See Jer. 7, 10; 1 Kings 11.) And today we have been tricked. Stardust was sprinkled on these days, and we treasure them as endearing family occasions. There sin, is mixing the pagan with the things of God, combining the sacred and the profane.
