This song tell's the story of when it all got started. A very important song. And you sing it so well I can not tell you how wonderful it is to hear it. ELVIS would have loved this song. Good as the cover. Your great.

The thing about your version that I love is that you totally make it your own. You don't go for the whole rock voice that Alannah Myles has. The result is that you hit all the notes perfectly. EVERY other cover I've seen of this (prob 15 today cause its for a project) the singer goes flat when the refrain comes in cause they're trying to put so much power into it.
Coincidentally, the only other time I've heard the song sung this way was a karaoke contest I came in second for to this song....
