A Real Community of Christ (Part 2)

Fr Anthony Hutjes reminds us of the importance of community living in his sermon delivered on 13 June 2010 at Blessed Sacrament Church.

By partaking in the Eucharist, we become one in the mystical Body of Christ and hence, it is not enough to just attend Sunday Mass but to become a real community of brothers and sisters in Christ.

He observed that many come to church as if they were visiting a "petrol station", filling in spiritually and then leaving immediately without. He urged everyone to participate in church activities especially an upcoming gigantic parish retreat at end of the year.
