@thefrenzee completely agree, it's a two edge sword. But when you witness something like this, instinctively you know you are witnessing something of very high quality and when I hear things like "wake up in the morning feeling like P Diddy, brush my teeth with a bottle of Jacks" I feel like it something definitely not worth pursuing. BUT yes, this is hard to explain.

I really connect with her and her form of expression not because I merely get the sound or the concept, but because I have experienced the unexplainable releasing kind of feeling that I imagine she must have when she performs. It's hard to explain, but to me it's obvious she's doing it because she desires to do it, regardless if someone gets what she's experiencing or not.

I might mention that the musical system we have today is by no means the end all. Consider arabian scales or somesuch; a markedly different way of doing things.

Hmm, this artist has been touring around the world, which means that some people definitely appreciates her performance. Alas, I cannot immediately connect and get what there is she is conveying.
