You must think this house is east of Parsons. Its NOT, its west of parsons and very much in Merion Village.

Again, its all relative - Im sure the person who paid 184k at 324 Hanford on 3/11/2008 for a comparable house (per auditors records) or the person who paid 215k for 305 Hanford (again per auditors records) on 11/12/2008 liked the neighborhood.
If you dont like the house or area and feel renting to own is a scam - I guess we wont be getting your business.

The definition of ghetto is relative to your perspective. Some may be content while others may be uncomfortable in this neighborhood.
We would always recommend that you do your due diligence and drive by and thoroughly investigate any potential home.
You may be pleasantly surprised with this area. And for the money, you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer house in Columbus.
