correct me if in error, but i believe i heard that of the 700 billion bail out only about 150 was stimulus and the majority was used to allow continuation of basic gov't programs. That boils down to SPECIAL taxes for REGULAR activities. Which would indicate that the current programs are not funded enough to be able to support the current status quo, so why are they so frantic to add new spending? tj
