Not true about "Americans" ! As any "Mariner" knows, "ANY" VESSEL that "Hails" for, or "NEEDS" assistance, IN AN "EMERGENCY" will get it from another "Mariner" and "VESSEL" REGARDLESS OF THE FLAG SHE FLY'S !
