Say and think what you want - LA has the worst public transportation in the country. You still have to end up taking a shitty bus - sometimes surrounded by smelly people and sometimes nowhere to sit. And try going somewhere on a Sunday and one of the most expensive in the country also!! LA is a real arm pit. LA has so many filthy streets - some areas you think you were in another country.

The women's restrooms in Union Station are terrible, especialy the women's restroom on the side of the station near where all the buses pull in, near the M.T.A. bldg. There are four toilets in this restroom & usually there is one out of order. The other ones, you can't even lock the door & it keeps opening up (won't stay closed). The only ok restroom is the handicapped one, door will lock & there is a hook on the door to hang your purse or jacket. Sometimes sinks stopped up & dirty floors!

I heard some bus agencies want to stop accepting Metrolink tickets and passes as interagency transfers. I hope they don't, that's very convenient.
