  • Not on the Migratory Bird act, nor are they listed on the Eagle protection act. They could be Hawk-Eagles.

  • This is in Canada not in the UK !!

  • Red-tailed Hawk. m8 100%

  • many tracks on the snow ,mean many prey items for bird of prey...

  • This is a Red-tailed Hawk. Ferruginous does not Occur in Ontario

  • it is a red tailed hawk for sure!

  • The ferug is not classified as an eagle. Good looking first year redtail though.

  • Thats a Redtailed Hawk... poor squirrel????? Poor bird I bet his tail is froze standing in that snow. If he had not eaten the squirrel the bird would be the dead critter. They don't eat chinese food.....
