EAST PRICE HILL, Ohio (Angela Ingram) -- Local 12 News reporter Angela Ingram reports the roads looking much different from Friday afternoon to Friday night.Traffic on the Wald Vogel Viaduct was a parking lot Friday afternoon. Drivers were out of their vehicles trying to figure out how long it was going to take and how long they were going to be stuck in traffic.It took one local driver two and a half hours to make a 12 minute drive home. Salt trucks were out plowing treating the West Side's main arteries. Not everyone had a bad time in the snow. Local kids enjoyed their snow day spending some time in the warm indoors and some time outside playing in the snow.
