@christmas254 that makes absolutely no sense. If he didnt care, why would he donate $36billion? Who helped him make his billions? The guy employs less than 20 people. If you're saying that the American taxpayer helped him make his money, I'd love to hear your rationale for such a comment, and assuming it is valid which I'm gonna with that it probably won't be, he has already compensated the taxpayer with over fifty years of taxes from handsome profits.

ur avoiding the issue and trying to paint me as a bogeyman who don't support philantrophy - I expected that.

What would be interesting is if you could hold two thoughts in your mind at the same time and answer why we should support stealing with one hand and three feet and giving with the other - WHILE CONTINUING STEALING, spending ms-billions on FUD to crush competition and choice in the countries he's giving to.

Those billions probably came from profits he reaped off of municipal and state government bonds the taxpayers funded.
