@MassoBBS Due to current limitations, its only possible to get the lights working on games you can play in "Windowed Fullscreen Mode" like World of Warcraft - games like BF3 writes all the data to the framebuffer in the gfx card and does not work atm, hopefully someone will find a solution to this, by writing the framedata to file and extracting the data needed from there.

May i ask how the arduino gets the info about the color/intensity of the picture to "enhance"....Serial, HDMI hack, sensor....can you elaborate?
Is it easy to make, when buying the kit??

@mortenholck The program just dumps pixels/screengrabs from the PC and calculates what to send to the leds. This device needs to be used on and with a PC.
Only way to get HDMI info or anything from a PS3, X360 etc would be to use a video in card, and get the signal onto the PC first.
The build is really easy - anyone could do it. I havent even soldered, just twisted cables :)
