they were ok at low speeds, only highway speed was the problem. Since I drive highway most of the time, it was an issue. I put another version of Trico on and drove home last night and to work today in the rain with no issue. I just need to stay away from that design.

It would be nice to see the wipers running for more that a single stroke at a time. They seem to work well on that pass, but you can't really tell how well they work unless you see them running NOT on delay. With all the water beading like that, especially on video, just about any wiping makes a huge difference, so it's hard to judge. That would also better demonstrate their noise level. Even squeaky blades are usually quite the first pass with a lot of water to clear. They seem good though.
i am positive they were on correctly. I drive an older model jeep grand cherokee. I think the wind that hits the windwhield was catching those wipers because they were solid design with no air openings for air to flow thru. At speeds, the caught air and were bouncing all over my windshield. Guy at auto shop said he's had several returns and complaints on them. I liked the closed idea to keep ice off the hinges, but it created other issues that others may not have. didn't work on my car.

That is very odd. The NeoForms are our best seller even in light of being the most expensive we offer and we get tons of re-orders from repeat customers. In the 10,000+ we've sold, we've had less than a dozen performance complaints and of those, half of them were installation issues...honest. I believe what you're telling me, but its almost hard to believe. If you purchased them from Wipers123, please email us through the website ASAP we'll take care of you.

A week ago I bought the Neoform wipers. I paid a bit more for them than I would normally pay for wipers. I am not happy. At 55 on the highway in pouring rain this morning my wipers were skipping all around. They would not say put on the windown. the wipers are like billboards and catch the wind. Try watching the cars in front when you are ducking around your window looking for a spot the wipers actually made contact with. at 40 mph i could almost see thru the streaks .

@JC2SHEPHERD - There is something wrong here. Contact the store you purchased them from.

@JC2SHEPHERD The more I think about this, the more I wonder if you snapped them on all the way? Occasionally customers think the safety flap is what secures the wiper to the arm, so they just set the wiper in the slot and then snap it shut. The wiper has to be snapped onto the "cog" first while the flap is open and then the flap is closed. If you don't do this, the wipers will usually stay on the arm but they're loose and thus will viberate. There are videos on the Wipers123 website.
