Just kidding good stuff! I try to treat everyone the same be friendly! and ya never say damn lady your hot that gets uncomfortable quick and you wont get a return call! Got a couple customers who quit using comp for that reason!

I bought the video it's really good I just wish it would have went into the how to's alot more such as types of carpet,carpet repair,truckmount setup,Identifying traffic patterns and all the other carpet knowledge don't get me wrong customer service is critical for sustaining long term customers but I think the how to's are a necessity 2 your brand as being a carpet cleaning resource.If in the future you plan on making such dvd I would buy it because u do have a good thorough way of teaching
