Runaway Media afraid of Casey Anthony's opinion of Network coverage of her trial???

Now that it's time for Casey to talk, the networks conveniently wave the flag of compassion, when it should be the flag of deception.

I suspect they want to control the content, and Baez wants no editing---or conditions like that. I think the whole world woujld be interested in hearing the truth as she knows it, the truth about G & C. Who was Caylee's father, did she tell Baez she'd never been mirandized until 3 mos later, and did LE deliberately keep it a secret from Baez?

I took the miranda problem to have occurred all on July 16th--a dispute about before or after KC cuffed, nothing more.

But 3 months??? And keeping the whole business a secret from her atty for nearly 3 years???? Staggering.....

I never saw this coverage of the LE talking about the miranda rights denied---was he told not to give her the miranda warning or was it a slip??? ...that KC told this OCPD detective this was probably some sort of stunt done by her mother to teach her a lesson????? (This family is unbelievable)


I wonder how many others have been imprisoned by denying the accused rights, deliberately disobeying the intent of the law?

Miranda rights denied means no trial, despite good evidence---so why did they have a trial anyway?
Violation not reported to defense for almost 3 years? Mind boggling.


YUri cancelled Nanny as a suspect within hours of the 911---that she didn't exist, thereby claiming Nanny as the suspect in the eyes of LE is bogus. KC was a suspect the moment YM asked her to go to Universal in his car, and should have been Mirandized on the 17th.

George walked YM to his car to put in another "good" word (sarcasm) about KC.
Mind you, he already knew Caylee was dead , when he claimed "tragic accident" to River Cruz. River Cruise had no reason to lie about that, and GA had lots.

Remember Aug. 14th (Lost Jail Tapes) when the A's and Yuri waited until Baez was out of town, then set up a meeting at the jail--A's assuring Yuri they could get her to talk.......and every question they asked her was was an attempt to incriminate her.........

Example:
Cindy: "I was in Lake County a couple of days ago--is there anything there?."

KC blew up: "MOM"!!!! (to answer anything could be used against her) and here she is, no miranda, no atty to protect her from these predacious parents!

Surprise! What LE/Prosecution kept secret from Baez???? I think this came from a hearing.
