Many Black women (including myself) have faced the daily anxiety of walking past enclaves of damaged men getting harrassed... Know that youre not alone... Do not let dissenters minimize the situation or say that Black women are blowing things out of proportion... Be on the lookout for predator protectionism... Do not fall for the video vixen/promiscuous woman red-herring argument as a subtle way to excuse this behavior, keeping the status-quo... I have heard so many of these nonsense prevailing attitudes i.e., "Why can't Black women at least say HI when being approached?" I don't care if the woman is the most stuck-up creature on the face of the earth...She is NOT OBLIGATED TO SPEAK TO YOU...Ladies, you DO NOT have any obligation to talk to a stranger...Remember A STRANGER!!! Everyone should know that harassment is a crime and NO ONE has to tolerate it... Young Black girls coming up DO NOT have to live this way! What can you do? Stop excusing, ignoring and enabling these predators. Keep in contact with the police and other officials...Give the police whereabouts, timeframes and content of these occurences...They will usually do extra patrols...Eventually these types will be ran off by law enforcement....You are NOT a "snitch" for reporting and discouraging crime...You are NOT a "troublemaker" for wanting a safe environment for yourself, the elderly, children and everyone else in the neighborhood...And most of all, you are NOT hating anyone for pointing out and discussing a problem within certain communities...If enough of us display the extra effort, then something will get done...Be vigilant and there is power in numbers...

Honestly it has nothing to do with race. Its is the way we raise our children (boys) and what we are teaching them & letting them see. I know PLENTY of respectable black boys/guys/men. Stop degrading your own race black people. PLEASE. It has NOTHING to do with race at all. This video should have been about men in general. People have the capacity to think and have opinions and options. But none of this matters when it comes to the natural instincts of sex and nature. When nature calls no one cares about cat calls or being harassed in the streets. In fact you want the harassment if you're in heat sexually. And yes, humans are in heat as well. Sometimes women of all races just have to acknowledge that they are women and they are sexually arousing to men, get over it. If you really have an issue, cat call a man lol.

@Twwistad I am a covered Muslim and black christian men harrass me everyday. I remember going to my car in the parking lot and some dark skin black guy (total stranger) with glasses parked near me kept staring at me/ standing outside his car trying to elicit a response. I ignored him, he keyed my car. I file a report with police. I can't go to a store or laundromat without them trying to find some way to look under my long clothing, trying to 'talk' to me. i hate them. "Apes in heat." Period.

Black men do not know how to approach women. Several weeks ago I had a black man approach me, talking about, "Aye, big head!" I had no idea who he was, and he became upset at me not responding to him, talking about he knew my sister or whatever. Even if he does know a relative of mine or an acquaintance, it does not mean he knows me. I am tired of Black men excessively honking their horn at me, following me down the street or across parking lots and what not...

Thanks for this video!!! The street harassment is what's made me not like black men anymore. I was just recently harassed earlier this week. The guy aggressively says "SMILE!" as I walked by. I ignored him so he says "I should bust you in yo big head." OF course, this was said in a prime area of NYC and everyone heard it. Very embarrassing.

i think black women should just date out of their race if they want, i do believe in what they are saying but there's more to it than what this video shows. i have heard women saying black men are too mean- they want cute kids with curly hair ect.... but at the end of the day, the real issue is (BLACK WOMEN HAS LOST THEIR WAY AND CULTURE). the dress code have alot to do with what most men says to black women today.black men once shows %70 more respect to their women only yesterday. ( my views)
