Look, I'm white which means I'm most likely to be a victim of a 'hate crime'
so you have to ask yourself why myself and just about every other white person globally thinks these hate crime laws are unnecessary at best.

1. Speaking as a Christian myself, if people apply that passage (Leviticus 20:13) to today, they are dumb. Levitical Law applied to and only to the Israelites at a specific time for a specific purpose. The Israelites were to live a blameless life in accordance to their covenant with God. But they began following the idolatrous practices of the neighboring nations. Sexual sin not only spread disease, but also destroyed families, and drove people (and the nation) away from God and his protection.
