I have ridden behind plenty of police bikes through moving traffic so I guess this is one of those rules that is not written in stone. I think as long as it is not 'dangerous', you are permitted. I never saw anything in the highway code? I believe that it is one of those grey areas which we al benefit from.
what is the top speed in km/h of the C1 200? thanks

Not sure, I have the 125 version and it is limited to 70mph ( about 110 kph).

1) I used a bullet camera attached to my helmet and recorded on a Sony DV cmera
2) Yes.....in the UK as long as you do nothing 'dangerous' ...even the police filter on occasion.
