@noobsalad98 if you mean more effective, internal for sure, but you need the REAL thing tho... If you find a master tell me. We know of few other schools that really know internal apart from the WTBA (the Erle Montaigue). I still have to see someone that could strike my master. Internal power is born from looseness and when it's applied in the proper way it immediately puts fear in the opponent chest togheter with multiple strikes attacks, that create both internal and external damage.
