Olive Oil (optional Coconut Oil and Hemp Oil)
Salt (himalayan crystal salt if possible)
Mixed dried herbs
Dried chili flakes
Dried bell pepper/capsicum flakes
Granulated/powdered garlic
Black pepper

@IbarakiStyle Some countries restrict hemp products because the cannabis drug law includes industrial hemp in these places. Many countries are altering their laws to allow the nutritious, amazingly useful, non-drug hemp plant to be used. Google search to learn more :-)

@trollsneedhugs I looked it up and apparently we do have it here buy I have to buy it online. However, it appears that most of them are refined and don't indicate whether or not they are cold pressed. What brand do you use?

@IbarakiStyle Right now I use "New Hemisphere" but I am currently working with a few people to launch a new hemp brand here in New Zealand, called "The Hemp Farm" (see my other video). If you cant get hemp oil, coconut oil is very nutritious and amazing too. I use Zenian Raw Fully Fermented cold-pressed organic oil. Thanks for the comments and views :-)
