People who live in unfortunate countries, who don't have a Constitution for weapons ownership, that was written here to stop any despots from contiueing their political careers. They're stopping their citizens from having technologically advanced weapons, to resist tyranny. Our law, just makes them angry, via jealousy. They need to simply ponder, what if their Government made it illegal to surf the internet, a mind control action. Very sad for their "good" folk
