Some are Japanese characters, some are traditional Chinese cgaracters. Don't you see the description?

I guess, he developed a kine of translation software which could translate in English and traditional Chinese.

@AntonioTseng only the character "の" are in Japanese, others are in Trad. Chinese.  The word "の" used here means " of something/somebody."
