@The4LA2Baker0 the spicy sauce has a high fat content as does the avocado and the fried tempura flakes. it may not be as unhealthy as deep fried meat from McDonald's but it does have a similar fat content, he's right.

@jimmytoonuts What's fattening in that roll? You could argue high calorie count, but that doesn't make it unhealthy unless you eat too much. Neither tuna or avocado are fattening. What is it that you are worried about eating? lighten up man.
