  • okay.. i do this exercise n lose that lower belly..

wat are the effects after i stop the routine??

like would the belly pop out again??

i've been hearing ffrom ppl it always does come bak.. is it true??

  • that guy is probably fat :)

  • Why don't they just have a "skip" button for the advertisements?!

  • @TheFatKid128 Crunches, hanging leg raises, decline sit-ups, oblique twists, bicycle kicks..all of them weighted, apart from hanging leg raises and bicycle kicks. About 2-3 times per week, 3-4 exercises/ab workout, 4 sets/exercise, push everything to absolute fatigue. And diet. Check out Lazar Angelov's interview with simply shredded . com..if you can emulate his results, you're doing exceptionally well.

  • @PYOOOnGDOOnG what do u consider real exercise?

  • @TheFatKid128

Then use weights. Or do real exercises.
