Nice video, just very hard to see given the camera angle. And i can't make out what is being done at the end of the first row of star stitches, how the half double crochet is made. That part goes too fast and is hidden by hand. Confused. I hope i can figure out how to continue.
It is a beautiful stitch though and i started an afghan using it. You have a very nice, soothing voice!

Hello, Teresa!
First of all...thank you for teaching me EVERYTHING! I have a question regarding the star stitch. When I am making the star (after the first stitch in the top of the chain at the top, when there are two loops on the hook) do I then go through both loops on the side stitch of the star? Thank you!

@haylinmilsam I go through two loops on the side but the angle of the camera did not show it very well. Whenever there are two loops, I prefer to go through two because it make the stitch more secure and look neater. When you go through one loop, it tends to pull and look sloppy.
