  • The dinner you prepared looks delicious. However, I'm a bit confused about what you did with the bed of vegetables in your roasting pan. I have used vegetables in a like fashion to roast chicken, turkey, or beef; but after the meat is cooked, I discarded the bed of vegetables before making the gravy.

  • @jngwatson Hello. When I make the gravy I use a spoon to push some of the juices out of the vegetables and then I discard them.

  • hi loved ur video can u tell me how u do your yorkie puds please

  • Absolutely delicious! Nice work on the roast beef, looked marvelous. Thanks for sharing.

  • Liked your video. One comment: Since many of us are watching you from America and the oven temps are different, perhaps you can tell us what the conversion is for American ovens. It will keep us watching!

  • discard the vegetables or put in fridge and save for making stock later.

  • this looks and i bet it tastes beautiful but not as much as you, ummmmm,.
