Repost (thanks to the original uploader). Just a short clip from one of the last shows with Carl Wilson. The road crew surprised the band by appearing on stage in Hawaiian girl's dresses. The laugh you can hear comes from Carl, he was very sick already at that time, sitting on a chair for most of the concert.

you are hearing the Al Jardine part. Carl sings lower then AL on Kokomo.

I'm pretty sure that the laugh is NOT Carl Wilson, because you can hear him sing "Aruba, Jamaica", which occurs at the same time as the laugh. Carl couldn't have been doing two things at once. lol

@jaywhofan I am not completely sure, I always thought it was Carl, because the original uploader also pointed it out. You could be right now that I listen to it once again.
