When you basically see them feeling like less than shit and they believe it and it shows in their faces, its the worst thing to see. Very few persons deserve that.

I have felt the same as you in the past about ex-friends in the past and I do understand. But to, basically, ignore someone when they at least have one redeeming value is the worst execration you can do to a human being. Nope, I still don't forgive those persons whom I have cursed. I am just willing to be friends with them again and ignore what they did In The Past. I ignored someone like that in person, until you can do that, I would say you prolly better be prepared for what you will see.
