That's one sharp looking Challenger. I really like the paint scheme and great filming as well. I'd love to see more of these.

I'm living in Nunavik and looking for Challenger... But Hangar is a issue for me. What kind of hangar do you have ? How good it is to handle the strong wind ?

I mourned the news of the boat departing, but now an airplane?!!!! Oh my gosh, I'm back to swooning again. What is that thing? ultralight? Thanks so much for giving us this. I'll take all you can produce. An airport in Kugluktuk? Holy smokes, am I ever trapped in memories of the past. Thanks, again. Terry O'Brien. p.s. I finished my 'learning' kayak. The hangar is made by Cover-All, a Saskatchewan company. It has stood up to winds of about 100-km/h without any problem. The building (30 x 40 feet) is about $12k but you can figure that freight, gravel pad, and paying a contractor to assemble it, the total cost is closer to $50k. The wooden floor adds more $.

Yes, Terry, it's a Challenger two-place Advanced Ultralight. It has a 52-hp two-stroke engine and I fly on wheel-skis, tundra tires or amphibeous floats, depending on the season. I flew it from Montreal to Edmonton in September, 2005 and to Kugluktuk in April of 2006. A very capable little airplane that is cheap to run and maintain - and fun to fly!
