Volunteered at South Bay Kids Fishing Day at lake cunnigham san jose,ca. did some fishing myself after the event me and my family caught 25 catfishing because they stocked the lake with 1500lbs of catfish and put the net around it for the kids. used a size 6 hook bait- anchovies and chicken liver

@drewsturrrrr don't even pretend to use that as an excuse. Its called tighten up your drag. The possibility of one of those barely a pound fish breaking 6 pound test is not very high. And then overkill with the net. just swing them things in.

hey drew dude i was at calero resavoir yesterday this fisherman john let me aboard to fish with him he go a 2 pund bass and a little one pound bass. my smartcast was working good.
