Arroyo is one of the best PG IMO. He is so underrated because coaches refused to give him playing time after he led Puerto Rico in winning USA at the 2004 olympics!

The only thing he needs to actually be good in the NBA is more minutes, more ball handling, and he needs to be willing to take shots. Iv seen him play and he's reluctant to take shots. If he could always pass he would.. Which is good and bad

and not efficient on the pick and roll.
Orlando's PG is Hedo.
Sadly.
Arroyo = one of the best PG's in Europe.
