Iowa vs. Penn State 2004

If you're talking of 2004, then I agree, Penn State's offense was anemic until that goal line stand at Indiana and 2004 Iowa was an awesome team. Both teams though had phenomenal defenses. In 2008, however, Penn State was the better team (even if you look at the game on the field), but Iowa had more heart, so that's why they won. I seem to remember Penn State moving the ball with ease but playing a little overconfident, like they could get style points anytime they wanted.

I was on this team.....we (iowa) knew there was no chance Penn State was going to score on our defense so we played ultra-conservative in the 2nd half. Most people said this game was boring but it was a great battle if you were apart of either team.
