Home winemaking adventures continue in the 21st episode of "Tinto TV". Here, Stephany and I start our 5th batch of wine, the very rich Amarone from northern Italy. This kit is not a concentrate, it is 100% juice from Italy. We're expecting a very full bodied wine with an alcohol percentage around 15%.

The kit is the Mosti Mondiale "Meglioli" Amarone Limited Edition.

I am actually due to taste this again. On my last tasting, my wife and I weren't the biggest fans, the wine was still tight, and the sulfur was still overwhelming. I'll pull out a bottle soon to give it a fresh taste.

Excellent !! This is exciting to be making wine from other regions of the world. It makes it a true adventure.  I wish you had a funnel about 3 feet wide. :-)
