@matttt1989 It doesn't matter because it is only the 9th day. The muscles and skin have not healed fully and there is a lot of swelling. You should see the swelling go down by 3-5 weeks and almost fully healed by 1 year.

hey i was told by my friend at work to drink arnica tea but you said your taking the pills? what do you think is better? im getting my surgery in 2 more weeks and im sooo nervous but super excited! your vids have been helping alot but anyother advice or tips? THANKS! :D
