This recipe for grilled corn on the cob has a Latin flare to it with cilantro & lime butter.
To ensure moist grilled corn that isn't too starchy, soak your corn on the cob prior to grilling in a water, salt, and sugar solution.
While your corn is on the grill, you will prepare the best part of this dish, the cilantro lime butter. If you are not in to cilantro, just use another fresh herb of your choice.
Leftovers can be removed from the husk and grilled in a skillet with a little olive oil or butter for a great side dish.
