Alex Castellanos Still Thinks Obama's Cambridge Comments "Reckless"

You may recall the day after President Obama called the Cambridge police "stupid" in arresting Henry Louis Gates, Alex Castellanos went on CNN and called his actions "reckless".

On Sunday, Castellanos stood by that statement and told John King: "There's a story here about recklessness," and that this could be used against Obama come reelection time.

But National Urban League CEO Marc Morial immediately jumps in and responds, "Reckless is a spin word."

"michelle is open about it." Is she? You're so good at quoting then find a quote where she says she's a member of panthers. Also, the Panthers were defunct by the time the Obama's were in college. The Panthers did raise a fist but they never did a fist bump. That's a recent phenomenon done by half of the population below 40. In regards to the books, these books clearly do not reflect a racist. They show a thoughtful person grappling with the complexities of race and his own identity.

Mrs. Obama has never published a book. And you still haven't proved that they were members of the panthers. In regards to your quotes, I have read both books, the autobiography and audacity of hope. Either you are purposely misconstruing his meaning or you have poor reading skills. No conservative or liberal reviewer of his books arrived at your conclusions. His books reveal a person who mixed and who is struggling to discover his racial identity-not a racist.
