To make something clear, dount cal ur self hunters when u brag about how long distance u have shot any animal ! (brag about ur shoting skill at the range)
I have 6 national gold in shoting and I still doesnt even lift my rifle at distances over 150 meters. So many things can go wrong when u shot at long distances and u easaly can hurt the animals.
I have only hunted moose for 12 years but still have shot 8 moose whit only 9 shots.

@MrSickass yeah, I just shot a wolf at about 600 yds. running away from us.I have fired my rifle 6 times this fall and i have 6 kills. my son shoots just as good as I do. Maybe i should come and show you, maybe i'll take your gold from you. I know our shooting skills are good.
