yeah to me the whole band like changed after ozzy. tony changed his style a lil bit to accommodate the style of the 80s I guess ? his tone was always the same though you can't mistake his sound for someone elses !

It pisses me off that micheal jackson got 6 months on television when he died but Dio hardly gets a second all he gets is a damn VH1 article thats like two inches long

Sabbath - Ozzy and Sabbath - Dio weren't simply the same band but with different vocalists.They were what seems totally different entities.Guitar tone,song structure,lyrics and band character were all worlds apart...

imo the ending solo in "Lonely is the Word" is Iommi's best solo. It has it all.

The extended solo in "Zero the Hero" is another sick solo. watch out for shortened versions of that song here on YT, they cut out the best part of the solo.

@elmasshop yeah i know he does it now i said ozzy never really did that ... back in the day ozzy i think had a bit more respect for tony and his talent (not saying dio didn't) but now that ozzy played with all these other guitarests i don't think he really cares because tony used to be the unofficial leader but i think now ozzy (meaning probably sharon) thinks he is the star of the band if you get where im coming from..

i don't think dio thought that at all i think he just used oversing..
