@BurningMarksman Actually, you have to _almost_ beat the game, since the last Romulus Lair opens somewhere in chapter 8 or so.

@injected321 You don't have to beat the whole game. You just have to do all the Romulus Lairs. And no, you don't need the DLC.

It's pretty simple. If you're having a hard time, just don't get the flags/chests the first time through.
