Fritz's first trim & photos from birth to now January 10, 2010

Fritz had his first farrier visit today for a trim @ 4 1/2 mos ol. I've been picking up his feet for a while to prepare him, but I wasn't sure how he would do with someone else....he was wonderful! Aside from a little balance issue and some resistance with his right hind, he did terrific. The farrier said that he behaved like a foal who has been trimmed 3 or 4 times before! Go Fritz! Many thanks to Tom Palmer, the farrier, who demonstrated a patient and kind approach that had a big impact on Fritz's first farrier experience!
