@ThePineconeMaster If even an iota of what Kevin Smith said was true, then Prince really raised the bar for unprofessional. Kevin made an effort to say goodbye, the assistant said he couldn't, Prince was being extremely nebulous about what he wanted and didn't respect Kevin's time or intelligence. And really, there isn't anything anybody could say that could hurt Prince in any tangible fashion.

Lot of people I'm not a big fan of, or that did me dirty, but you don't see me talking shit about them publicly. . . Very unprofessional Kevin Smith. You probably could have went in there and said by while he was composing his music.

That's Prince, he's just weird like that. We will disagree with people we like. Nobody's perfect. I think it's totally shitty that he spends a week there for free though. Kevin may have not even took the money but I'll tell you this though. If he didn't pay, that means I didn't sign and release forms, confidentiality agreements, or writers/publishers/production agreements/rights so I would've took that material and did what I had damn well pleased with it since no "business" was transacted.

Okay, I'll do it, first cut me the check since your reputation for stiffing precedes you. Did a few good songs. And I know guitarists and there are hundreds of thousands of nobodies who can play better ...me included. Can't believe I listened to that whole thing. Like Smiths stuff though.
